It is the 15th anniversary of the bombing of the Murrah building in downtown Oklahoma City, and a time to look back and reflect on how that changed the landscape and attitudes of Oklahomans (and everyone in the USA) forever. In times of tragedy, I ask not "Where is God" but "Where are God's people"
