This is legitimate, I have done this for a year or so. It's called Secret Shopping, and you can get paid to eat, or just shop sometimes. You do have to fill out an evaluation, and it does take some attention to detail. But here is a website to find out more about being a "secret shopper"

The one big thing to remember is you should never pay to join a mystery shopping company! That is the sign of a scam!
